Delivery
Our shop ships via ACS courier services or for large items by transport services. We deliver only within Greece.
Shipping costs for land and island destinations are €4.00 / 2 kilos and €1.00 for each extra kilo.
For hard-to-reach areas it is €7.50 / 2 kilos and €1.30 for each extra kilo.
For large and/or heavy items, the shipment will be made through a transport company, upon consultation.
In case of difficulties in the execution of the order (bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.), we will contact you in order to confirm to us if you wish to complete your order.
Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery of domestic orders, depending on the selected shipping method.
Returns
Our store hopes you will be happy with your purchases. However, if for any reason you are not, you have the option of returning your order within 30 days from the day you received it, as well as for a product replacement or refund.
Returns are only accepted if the items are returned in perfect condition in their packaging and accompanied by the proof of purchase. Shipping costs for returning an order are borne entirely by the sender.
